THE INTERNATIONAL MULTIHULL SHOW – Launched in 2010, the International Multihull Show was built around a simple concept: showing multihulls afloat, in a dedicated place and in an exclusive manner.

This one-of-a-kind boat show is recognized, as a world reference by professionals; Thus, this sector of boating finds in this concept, the best tool to exhibit its catamarans, trimarans, sailing and motor.

The diversity of the exhibited multihulls makes of this world event : a major event of the nautical calendar; All players and enthusiasts of yachting and more broadly of sea, meet every year in April.

The Multihull Show was created back in 2010 with the aim of presenting catamarans and trimarans in the water.
The original concept was to set up a version on the Atlantic coast in even years and in the Mediterranean in odd years. The first editions of the event were thus shared by Lorient (Brittany) and La Grande-Motte (South of France).
Now to suit the requirements of boat-builders, the Show is held every year in April in La Grande-Motte.

2010 -Lorient/ The maiden edition… for the first time in the world! – 50 multihulls were on show in the water in the dock at the Cité de la Voile -Eric TABARLY.

2011 – La Grande-Motte, the first edition in theMediterranean; 60 multihulls on show in the water;

2012 – Back to the Atlantic – Northern Europegets involved and in spite of the unfavourable conditions (horrible weather…) the event had established itself as a regular Show.

2013 – The fourth edition lived up to its promise – the show moved permanently to theMediterranean. With 40% of the visitors coming from abroad, the international development strategy was working out.

2014 – A truly international event – The concept fitted in perfectly with the requirements of boat-builders. Visitors came from around the world to discover the wide range of boats on offer.

2015 – An economic success: If we look at the number of boats sold, this was the most successful edition and pleased all the boat-builders.

2016 – Record-breaking visitor numbers and sales; the International Multihull Show confirmed its position as a major event on the international boating calendar.

2017 – This eighth edition has confirmed once again the incredible health of this marine sector. The many new products on show were hugely successful, and the order books were filled up beyond the wildest hopes…

2018 – A record-breaking year… with more than 60 multihulls and no fewer than 10 boats on display for the first time in the world. With some excellent weather and a perfect scenario for the multihulls, the ninth edition lived up to its promise.

2019 – The International Multihull Show took advantage of some windy weather to blow out ten candles to celebrate its anniversary. This latest edition was once again crowned with success and boat builders widely expressed their satisfaction after seeing their order books fill up. This year will be emembered for the large number of visitors from abroad from all sorts of places, who accounted for a large proportion of the sales that were signed here.

2020 – Edition cancelled.

2021 – Edition cancelled.

2022 – The weather may have been unreliable, but that did not affect the enthusiasm of the 15 000 visitors coming from the 4 corners of the planet, for this 100% multihull show; An almost complete presentation of the multihulls, trimaran with sail or engine, with more than 65 multihulls presented, certainly a record for a boat show!

2023 – A very full line-up, with some 70 boats on show…New technologies, renewable energy, hybrid propulsion, solar panels, etc…
With an ever-increasing number of enthusiasts, multihulls are staying the course and the show is cruising at full speed!
